Yes. To ensure that all our employees are honest, dependable, and trustworthy, we perform rigorous background evaluations, extensive screening, and interview process. It is important to us that our customers will feel comfortable and secure throughout the cleaning project.

For one time cleaning service, contracts are not required.

For recurring or regular cleaning services, customers will be asked to sign a contract to bind the agreement between Carpet Kings and them. Furthermore, recurring cleaning services are given discounted rates, depending on frequency of the cleaning project.

For weekends and holidays, be sure to book in advance, so we can schedule and send a cleaning staff to your address during your preferred date and time. For emergency cases, it will depend on the availability of our cleaners, but we will do our best to cater to all our customers.

Not necessarily. We will make prior arrangements with you so that our staff can provide the cleaning service to your property with or without a person in charge.
